My Way to Health is a truly transdisciplinary projet

The consortium unites experts from interdisciplinary fields across three different departments of Université Grenoble Alpes (CBS, MSTIC, PSS) and the CEA. Each actor in the consortium brings specialist knowledge, expertise and data (existing and ongoing) all of which are essential for the success of the entire program. The program focuses on several integrative and dynamic concepts that are in resonance with each other, such as disease trajectories, reversible epigenetic changes, ecological impact of environmental exposures, impact of socioeconomic status and access to care, placing persons and societies at the core of its action plan. The strong emphasis of the entire consortium on medicine and social sciences provides for a shared humanistic approach to how biology, big data and the development of connected medicine may be harnessed to combat injustice and inequalities in our society.
